Applying for you green card has never been so easy!
We have 2 options for those of you wanting to apply for a US Greencard:
Option 1: Application While living IN THE UNITED STATES
Option 2: Application While living OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Below you will find two variations of the above options. Choose between STANDARD or PREMIUM APPLICATION

There are several paths to obtaining a green card through marriage. A green card is the physical card that serves as proof to employers and government agencies that an immigrant has legal permanent resident status. This allows them to legally work in the U.S., as well as receive other benefits. US Visas And Green Cards assists with fiancé visas, spousal visas, adjustment of status, and removal of conditions. Fiancé visas do not come with a green card. Instead, an applicant applies for adjustment of status after they have come to the US and married the U.S. sponsor. This adjustment of status grants a green card. Spousal visas come with a green card. If an immigrant came legally to the U.S. via another visa type, for example a B1/B2 visa, and marries a U.S. citizen, they may be eligible to adjust status and receive a green card.

Are you married to a US citizen and living OUTSIDE of the United States?
- We will assist you with preparation and filing of the Alien Relative petition in the USA.
- Once approved, we can proceed with the Adjustment of Status petition through the National Visa Center and have it sent out to the US Consulate in your country for your Green Card interview.
Are you married to a US citizen and living INSIDE of the United States?
- We will help you to prepare and file the Alien Relative Petition and the Adjustment package for the Conditional Green Card in the USA.
- There will be an interview held at the USCIS office closest to where they reside

Below you will find two variations of the above options. Choose between STANDARD or PREMIUM APPLICATION

If you currently reside in the United States and are planning to apply for a green card, you might be wondering whether to apply for a travel or work permit or both. A travel permit allows you to leave the country without letting your green card application fall to risk. While a work permit allows you to work while you wait for your green card to arrive.

Travel Authorization
A re-entry Permit allows a lawful permanent resident or conditional permanent resident to apply for admission to the United States upon returning from abroad during the permit’s validity without the need to obtain a returning resident visa from a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate.
Work Authorization
Certain foreign nationals who are in the United States may file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, to request employment authorization and an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Other foreign nationals whose immigration status authorizes them to work in the United States without restrictions may also use Form I-765 to apply to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for an EAD that shows such authorization.
